Colorvue® Probes

The Visible Difference

Colorvue probes provide the visibility and comfort you need in a replaceable plastic probe. The vivid yellow tip and black markings provide superior contrast to intraoral structures for enhanced visibility. Colorvue tips have optimal flexibility and a rounded tip for greater patient comfort and acceptability, and are safe for use with implants. A twist-on design allows for easy replacement of worn tips and use of Hu-Friedy's large diameter, ergonomic Satin Steel® handle.

Colorvue is available in four different tip designs:

PCV11PT (3-6-8-11), PCV12PT (3-6-9-12) - available in packs of 12 tips with two handles
PCVWPT (Williams markings, 1-2-3-5-7-8-9-10) and PCVUNC12PT (University of North Carolina markings, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12) - available in packs of 7 tips and 1 handle.

Another option available is an individual pack containing 1 PCV12T tip (3-6-9-12) and 1 handle. The Colorvue single end handle (PH6) is also sold separately. In addition, Hu-Friedy offers double-ended expro handles with three different explorer designs: #23 (XP23/PH6), #17 (XP17/PH6) and #TU17 (XPTU17/PH6).
